Welcome to Arrogant Allure, where fashion meets bold confidence. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth experience for both parties.

Order Processing

  • All ready-to-wear orders are processed within 3–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email once your order has shipped.

  • Custom orders may take 1–4 weeks, depending on the design complexity. Timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Shipping

  • We offer domestic and international shipping via trusted carriers.

  • Arrogant Allure is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or customs processing.

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not liable for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Custom Orders

  • All custom garments are made to order and are considered final sale.

  • Due to the nature of custom work, slight variations may occur. We do not guarantee that a design will look the same on different body types.

  • Accurate measurements are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend professional measuring before placing a custom order.


ARROGANT ALLURE — REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Arrogant Allure, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our garments. Because many of our pieces are made to order, we maintain a strict refund and return policy.

Custom Orders

  • Custom pieces are FINAL SALE. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Refunds on custom orders are at the designer’s discretion only. If granted, the refund will be processed within 30–45 business days.

  • Refunds may be partial and exclude labor or material costs already incurred.

Ready-to-Wear Items

  • Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, email info@arrogantallure.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom garments

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Worn or damaged items

  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you must return the eligible item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • We will either send a replacement or issue store credit, depending on product availability.
